Downtown Guides
Highly visible in black and yellow, the Downtown Guides provide customer service to people in downtown. The information ambassadors welcome visitors and employees to the district, provide directions and assistance to those in need, and support crime prevention by working closely with law enforcement agencies.
Hours of operation:
Sunday – Thursday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Friday: 8:30 am – 7:30 pm
Saturday: 10:30 am – 7:30 pm
Sunday: 8:30 am – 7:30 pm
Basic services:
- Direct and assist visitors
- Escort employees and patrons
- Serve as eyes and ears for local law enforcement
- Document and report graffiti
- Deter aggressive panhandling
- Deter drinking in public
