The Farm-to-Fork Festival is back for 2021 this Sept. 17-18, featuring dozens of vendors, four stages for cooking and food demonstrations, a full lineup of live music headlined by The Record Company and White Reaper, and plenty more.
But first, on Sept. 9, is the Legends of Wine evening returns to the State Capitol.
Sacramento-area wineries chosen by culinary legend Darrell Corti and David Berkley – who created the White House wine list under four different presidents – will be pouring their best, and a host of food will also be included.
Tickets are still available for Legends of Wine, and they include unlimited wine tasting throughout the course of the event, as well as food sampling. It’s not just the excellent wine and farm-to-fork food, however, as the setting is the west steps of the Capitol, and as the evening progresses, you’ll be treated to a sunset over Sacramento’s iconic Tower Bridge.
At least 30 wineries will be on-site, and when you’re at Legends of Wine, it’s not uncommon for the person pouring your next glass to be the one who created the wine.
As with all of this year’s Farm-to-Fork events, all attendees, staff and vendors will be required to show proof of vaccination against Covid-19 or a negative test administered within the previous 72 hours.

Farm-to-Fork Festival
After enjoying Legends of Wine, you’ve got a week to look forward to the 2021 Farm-to-Fork Festival on Capitol Mall.
Entry to the festival is FREE thanks in part to sponsorships from Dignity Health, Save Mart, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain, and Suncrest Bank.
What began in 2013 as a single-day festival has grown to a two-day event that is Northern California’s most-anticipated food festival on Sacramento’s Capitol Mall. Come celebrate the culinary bounty of America’s Farm-to-Fork Capital on Sept. 17 and 18, enjoying local food, beer, and wine as you learn about new foods, see cooking demonstrations from local chefs, visit your favorite food truck and tap your foot to the music coming from the main stage.

The festival itself runs from 4-9 p.m. Sept 17 and from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sept. 18.
