Concerts in the Park

Turning up the volume for 26 years! Grab and beer and join us for downtown Sac’s largest outdoor happy hour – Fridays from 5 – 9 p.m., May 5 – July 21 at Cesar Chavez Plaza!

Last year was wild as we celebrated our 25th season and now it’s time to do it again!

With close to 6,000 fans gathering in the heart of the city to see local and nationally touring artists and downtown Sac’s hottest DJs spinning between sets, Concerts in the Park (CIP) is the ultimate destination for Friday night happy hour! The FREE outdoor music festival returns to Cesar Chavez Plaza for its 26th season: May 5 – July 21. 

Roughly 500 bands have rocked the CIP stage over the past 26 years, showcasing local talent and nationally touring artists like Cake, Tesla, Deftones, The Brodys, and Blackalicous. The 2016 lineup featured Chuck Ragan, Hail the Sun, and Tyler Rich, along with local favorites like James Cavern, The Brodys, and Who Cares. Grab a beer and toast with us to music-filled Fridays!
