Get into the holiday spirit and join us at the Downtown Ice Rink on December 3rd for Train Day! Presented by Amtrak San Joaquin, Train Day is the perfect family-focused event to bring out the kids, both big and small, for some fun at the ice rink. Train-themed activities include stickers and stamps for the little ones, a photo-op with a life-sized train cut-out, plus a meet-and-greet with a real train conductor!
Need an extra push? 7-Eleven will also be on site distributing free hot chocolate and coffee!
Old Sacramento’s very own Railroad Museum will also have volunteers available to talk about all the museum has to offer (in case the ice rink doesn’t fulfill your train fix).
Already an avid Amtrak user? We’ll be giving away 40 tickets to the first 40 people to come to the rink and bring an Amtrak ticket!
